1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Amstela B2B platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the professional trade relationship between Amstela and verified business entities. We do not provide retail services to individual consumers.
2. Dealer Verification & Access
Access to live inventory and trade pricing is strictly reserved for verified industry professionals. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access if:
- KYC documentation is incomplete or unverifiable.
- There is a breach of professional trade ethics.
- Unauthorized sharing of dealer-exclusive data or pricing occurs.
3. Ethical Sourcing & Compliance
Conflict-Free Guarantee
All diamonds traded through Amstela are sourced in compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties.
AML & CTF
We strictly adhere to international Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations across all jurisdictions of operation.
4. Jurisdiction-Specific Terms

Contracts executed in Mumbai are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
- ๐ฆ๐ชUAE (Dubai) Operations
Trades facilitated through our Dubai DMCC office are governed by the laws of the UAE and the DMCC regulatory framework.
- ๐ง๐ชBelgium (Antwerp) Operations
Logistics and trade via Antwerp comply with EU trade directives and the specific regulations of the AWDC (Antwerp World Diamond Centre).
5. Product Representation
While we strive for absolute accuracy, digital representations of stones and jewellery may vary slightly from physical items due to lighting and screen settings. Professional lab certificates (GIA, IGI, HRD) serve as the definitive record of stone specifications.
6. Trade Disputes
Any disputes arising from B2B transactions shall first be subject to mandatory mediation through our Global Compliance Desk before legal proceedings are initiated in the relevant jurisdiction.
